Wow a service first company right here!I had an issue with my hot water tank, and they came out same day, got me up and running with hot water right away. They gave me three options, and I was able to pick what matched my needs and budget. They left my house cleaner then they found it. Unbelievably personable and understanding tech, love the service from A-Z. Certainly my go to plumber from now on!

There’s a reason this company has over a hundred 5 star reviews… I was fortunate enough to have Draincam pop up in my google search for plumbing services to deal with an emergency flood situation. I can say that throughout a very stressful and painful insurance claim process, coming across DrainCam and dealing with them was a breath of fresh air, and literally the only pleasant part of the whole insurance claim process. George, the owner, is a rare gem who expeditiously addressed everything that insurance requested. His team was very professional and pleasant onsite. I have full confidence in the quality of their work. Randomly coming across Draincam for plumbing work was like lucking out and finding your favourite new hairdresser that you can trust to do a great job. I hope I never have to call Draincam again to deal with a flood situation, but if I ever need plumbing services, they’ll certainly have my business. Great company. Great leadership. They were very responsive and good service. I had my faucet blocked due to drain cap at it is blocked. I feel it was a bit overpriced just to remove the cap which was $70. But other that everything was great. Rob's service was good.

These guys are great and I would certainly recommend them based on my experience today. George was kind and accommodating when I called and had us booked in for an appointment in under 24 hours. The two gentlemen who showed up, Jordan and Cyle, were as professional as knowledgeable as we could have asked for. I had a stubborn kitchen sink that started backing up. The water would eventually start to drain but it was super slow. I had the guys from DrainCam come over to work there magic. It took a couple of trips but the guys tried everything they had to fix the problem. They had lots of different tools and techniques to use and finally got the sink draining as it should (hopefully it stays that way lol). Big shout out to Rob!! We hired Master George and Master Richard to replace valves on numerous occasions. They are reliable, trustworthy and reasonable in their rates. For preventative maintenance, they came in last year to replace the kitchen valves of 3 apartments. They came back this year to replace the bathroom valves of the same apartment. They worked with the building manager to do the main shut-off and my tenants for access. The gate valves were swapped with low-profile, quarter-turn Dahl ball vales. The solder job was neat, and the work was professional. They are not the type to complain, fuss about little issues, and demand more money for small details. I recommend this team if you are an out-of-town landlord looking for a turnkey plumbing team in London. Don

Just from a phone call, I can tell these guys are amazing!I can't use them for my plumbing needs, but I called for a plumbing supply after hours. And I feel much better having spoken to him & not being laughed at for my abnormal request to buy a sump pump at 10 at night like a late night drive through. He even answered a stupid question with the assurance no question is stupid.That's the kind of interaction that would have them do everything plumbing related if not 75 km away.I recommend

Called DrainCam with a clogged kitchen sink. George was awesome. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and what he was doing. He was polite and courteous. He unclog it, repiped everything the proper way. When he filed the sink to test it he wasn't happy with how it was draining, so he resnaked the pipe until he got water tornados when it drained. The professional technicians showed up when they said, same day i called and even worked late on a friday evening and got to business.They preformed way better than the other plumber I had earlier, and fixed the clogged line which was tricky as some of the plumbing was done wrong. I should of called drain cam first.The wife and I are so happy to be able to use the water and drains again in the house.I would strongly recommend using them for any of their services.They even provided a quote to reinstall the piping that wasn't to code.

After speaking with other plumbers to try to resolve the issue I met George from DrainCam. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job with urgency.
